By downloading, installing, or using the TakeABreak macOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
TakeABreak grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
TakeABreak offers a free version with basic features and a Pro version with advanced features. The Pro version is available via in-app purchase. Prices and features are subject to change. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall TakeABreak be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
